Mississauga, ON — February 27, 2026 — M+A Matting, a leader in producing high-performance matting, today announced the upcoming launch of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, scheduled to go live on March 30, 2026. This strategic investment reflects the company’s continued commitment to operational excellence, data accuracy, and scalable infrastructure to better serve customers.

The new ERP platform is part of a broader initiative to modernize internal systems and enhance service capabilities. By strengthening core processes and improving data visibility across the organization, the company is positioning itself to deliver even greater efficiency and responsiveness in the years ahead.

Transition Timeline and Key Dates
To ensure a smooth and accurate system conversion, certain business processes will be temporarily paused during the transition period:

Submit Orders by March 20

All orders that need to be confirmed and processed before the transition must be received no later than Friday, March 20, 2026. These orders will move through our current system and are targeted to ship by March 26, per standard lead times.

March 21–29 - Processing Pause

• Orders may still be placed via website or EDI during this window, though access to “My Account” will be offline from 6:00 p.m. EST March 27 until March 30.
• Orders received after March 20 will not be confirmed until after March 30.
• These orders will be entered and acknowledged once the new system is active.
• Artwork submissions will continue to be accepted and will not be delayed.

March 27-30 - System Unavailable

The “My Account” customer portal, including online ordering, will be unavailable starting at 6:00 p.m. EST on March 27 and will remain offline until Monday morning, March 30.

March 30 - System Launch
Normal order processing and confirmations will resume once the new system is live.

The company’s team will remain fully operational immediately following go-live, and customers’ regular points of contact will continue to provide support before, during, and after the transition.
